At M21 Studio, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with care. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your items.

Processing Times

  • All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Custom or made-to-order items (including printed or embroidered products) may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery speed.

  • We offer the following options (times are estimates after dispatch):

    • UK Standard: 2–4 business days

    • UK Express: 1–2 business days

    • International Standard: 5–10 business days (varies by country)

    • International Express: 3–7 business days (varies by country)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, courier issues, or peak-season demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

We currently ship to:

  • Europe

  • North America

  • Australia & New Zealand

  • Selected international destinations

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees set by your country’s customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll liaise with the courier and keep you updated. Please allow up to 10 business days for investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. M21 Studio is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
