Restoring your shirt is simple. Follow the steps below to ensure your garment reaches us safely and can be returned without delay.

Step 1: Place Your Order

Before sending your shirt, please place your restoration order through our website and ensure that return shipping is included and paid for at checkout.

Important: If return shipping has not been paid, we will be unable to return your restored shirt until the shipping cost has been settled.

Step 2: Prepare Your Shirt

Please ensure your shirt is clean and dry before shipping. Carefully fold the garment and place it in a protective bag if possible.

Step 3: Include Your Details

Please include a note inside your package with your full name, phone number, email address, return shipping address, order number, and a description of the restoration work required (if not already provided in your order notes).

Please make sure all information is accurate and up to date. Incorrect or missing details may delay the restoration process and the return of your garment.

Step 4: Package Securely

Place your shirt in a sturdy envelope or box to protect it during transit.
