Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with M21 Studio. We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1️⃣ Returns

• You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags or labels attached.
• To arrange a return, email m21studiouk@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Unless an item is faulty or sent in error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (we recommend using a tracked service).

2️⃣ Exchanges

• If you’d like a different size or colour, please contact us within 30 days to request an exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund if eligible.

3️⃣ Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

4️⃣ Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return

For hygiene or customisation reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following (unless they arrive faulty or damaged):

• Printed or embroidered items (including personalised teamwear, custom logos, or names/numbers)
• Underwear, socks, or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed
• Gift cards or e-gift vouchers
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

5️⃣ Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact m21studiouk@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

 

7️⃣ Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law. You’re always entitled to a refund or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
