How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on whether the item is stocked or made to order.
For items that we do not keep in stock, the process is as follows:
1. Supplier Processing (2 Days)
If your order is placed before 15:00, we will receive the required items from our supplier within 2 working days.
2. Preparation & Production (1 Day)
Once the items arrive, we prepare, customise and/or print, pack, and produce your order ready for dispatch. This process typically takes 1 working day.
3. Shipping (1–2 Days)
Your order will then be dispatched using one of our trusted delivery partners: Royal Mail, DPD, or Yodel depending on the size and type of item. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.

4–5 working days from the time of order (when placed before 15:00).
Which courier will deliver my order?
We choose between Royal Mail, DPD, or Yodel depending on the size, weight, and type of product to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
What if my order is urgent?
If you need an order sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.

Can I customise my product?
Yes. Most of our products can be customised with names, photos, logos, or text depending on the item. Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
What happens if I make a mistake in my personalisation?
We print exactly what is submitted with your order. Please double-check spelling, dates, and images before completing checkout.
How long does it take to make my order?
Most personalised items require production time before dispatch. Please refer to our Delivery FAQ for full processing and delivery timelines.
Do you keep items in stock?
Some items are stocked, while others are ordered from our supplier once your order is placed to ensure quality and availability.
Can I return personalised items?
Because items are custom made, they cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
What image quality should I upload?
For the best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution images. Low-quality or heavily compressed images may affect the final print quality.
Will you edit my photo or design?
Basic adjustments may be made to improve print quality where possible. If you need help creating or improving a design, we also have specialist graphic designers available who can help bring your idea to life.
Do you offer bulk or business orders?
Yes. We offer bulk pricing and branded merchandise for businesses, events, and sports clubs. Please contact us for a quote.
Do you offer products not listed on your website?
Yes. We offer a wider range of products, particularly within our clothing and apparel range, that may not currently be listed on our website. These items are often available for businesses, teams, events, and bulk orders. If you are looking for something specific and cannot find it on our website, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Will the colours look exactly like they do on my screen?
Colours may vary slightly between screens and the final printed product due to screen settings, materials, and printing methods. We always aim to produce the closest possible match.
How do I choose the correct size?
We recommend checking the size guide provided on the product page before ordering. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
Can I upload any image or logo?
You must ensure you have the rights or permission to use any image, logo, or artwork you upload. We cannot print copyrighted or trademarked material without permission.
