Respect & Conduct

  • By signing up, you agree to respect the facilities and staff at all times.
  • All participants must uphold professionalism and sportsmanship.
  • Any physical or violent behavior will NOT be tolerated. Consequences include:
    • Immediate fine of £150
    • Forfeit of any ongoing games
    • Previous games recorded as 3-0 losses
    • Incident reported to local authorities
  • Failure to comply with rules may result in removal from the event.

Health & Safety

  • Participants must not attend if feeling unwell or showing contagious symptoms.
  • Organisers reserve the right to remove participants for health and safety reasons.

Liability & Injuries

  • Participants enter at their own risk.
  • The organisers, sponsors, and venue owners hold no responsibility for personal injury, accidents, or loss of property.
  • By signing up, participants waive any claims against organisers, sponsors, and venue owners.

Equipment & Personal Property

  • Participants are responsible for their own belongings and equipment.
  • Organisers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Media Consent

  • By entering, you consent to photos and videos of yourself or your team being taken and used for promotional purposes.

Payment & Entry

  • Entry is confirmed only after payment is received.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable.
  • If the tournament is cancelled, entry fees may be refunded or credited at the organisers' discretion.

Punctuality

  • Teams must arrive on time and adhere to match schedules.
